Shipping policy

Because items are handmade, some orders may have a slight delay in shipping. All orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days. A notification will be sent when the item is shipped and/or if there is any extended delay or issue with completing the order. If for any reason the item becomes unavailable, or unable to be filled you will not be charged, or an immediate full refund will be issued if purchase was already complete. Please allow time for refunds to process as the time frame is determined by the banking institution or credit company.
